A SOPHISTICATED TAKE
LOVE THIS. Fair Isle is a growing trend popping up everywhere this fall/winter. Above items include: Heritage 21 jacket, Old Navy shirt, Gap pants, Banana Republic bow tie and scarf, Converse sneakers.
Instead of grabbing a Fair Isle sweater and looking like your grandfather, you can take that pattern and inject it into smaller pieces (scarf, tie, belt, socks); making them much more wearable and classic. Now although the scarf is $70, the amount of times youre able to wear this throughout the season will definitely give it's money's worth and make the splurge gratifying.
I will stop making monochromatic outfits, promise.

heyy, i don't want to be a hater, but all items have to be around $50 or less. $70 is too much for people with a budget even though I see what youre saying about re-wearing it. just keep it in mind for the future, thanks!
I love the fair isle scarf! I have always been fascinated by the timeless beauty of the fair isle patterns. Those people must really have had a fantastic imagination.
By the way, both my granddads were so cool guys that I wish I could look like them. I am totally at peace with lookin like my granddad...
