i saw a really cute skirt recently, pretty basic, short skirt, except covered in bows like the shirt above, except totally covered. have you come across anything like this? or i wonder if i could buy the bows at michaels/joannes and just sew onto a skirt?
Bows are pretty easy to make yourself. Look up a tutorial online, that way it's easier to find matching fabric.
